All Products (excluding those marked) may be returned within Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. All returned and/or canceled orders are subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee. No cancellations are allowed on special order or made to order items. ECU / TCU tunes do not qualify for returns and are considered final sales unless the product is defective. In which case, BTR needs to be contacted within 48 hours upon delivery and the product in question will be serviced by BTR.
