But in all the enhancements to the vehicle, the Audi engineers seemed to neglect perhaps the most important aspect – ride quality.Thankfully, Air Lift Performance specializes in providing a smooth ride, better handling, and that low look your crave.Our engineers started on the Audi C7’s suspension by adding exactly what our air suspensions are famous for – providing the maximum drop without sacrificing performance – and dropping you down 105mm (4.1”) from stock. But simply getting you low was not enough for Air Lift Performance. Our kits are also about achieving the versatility that the common coilover cannot, eliminating classic lowered-car problems, like bottoming out, with the touch of a button. We pride ourselves on making sure that every kit that we build not only provides a great ride, but also handles the curves like a fine sports sedan should.In front, the Audi C7 kit features our double-bellow air springs over monotube, threaded-body shocks, which provide a comfortable ride and great body support during cornering or braking. With 30 levels of damping adjustability, the shocks allow for a huge range of customization, with the ability to go from super soft to a stiff performance setup. The kit also features black powder-coated, pass-through lower mounts, providing increased suspension travel and further drop capabilities. As the leader in air suspension products for more than 65 years, Air Lift Company and its Performance division is committed to delivering quality parts that last. To ensure the highest quality, longevity, and customer satisfaction, the key suspension components have all been torture-tested to 1 million cycles on our in-house hydraulic test rig at temperatures ranging from -30°F to 150°F.

Shipping

We will ship to your location as soon as possible, but occasionally a part may be on backorder or out of stock in the warehouse. In which case, we will notify you as soon as possible via E-mail.

Most in stock items ship out within 24 hours of confirmed payment (Excludes weekends and holidays).

Due to security reasons we can only ship to the billing address attached to the method of payment that was used.

Warranty

We follow the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Every manufacturer has a different type of policy in place so we advise you to check with the corresponding manufacturer before you make your purchase.

If you need to file a claim, please email us using the contact us form with information regarding your order and we will do our best to help you through the warranty process. Keep in mind some manufacturers will work directly with customers and some will have the retailer be the middle man in the process.

Return Policy

All Products (excluding those marked) may be returned within Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. All returned and/or canceled orders are subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee. No cancellations are allowed on special order or made to order items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred in the returning of merchandise. Any damage claims due to shipping must be made within 24 hours upon delivery.


ECU / TCU tunes do not qualify for returns and are considered final sales unless the product is defective. In which case, BTR needs to be contacted within 48 hours upon delivery and the product in question will be serviced by BTR.
