We will ship to your location as soon as possible, but occasionally a part may be on backorder or out of stock in the warehouse. In which case, we will notify you as soon as possible via E-mail.

Most in stock items ship out within 24 hours of confirmed payment (Excludes weekends and holidays).

Due to security reasons we can only ship to the billing address attached to the method of payment that was used.

We follow the manufacturer's warranty policy.

Every manufacturer has a different type of policy in place so we advise you to check with the corresponding manufacturer before you make your purchase.

If you need to file a claim, please email us using the contact us form with information regarding your order and we will do our best to help you through the warranty process. Keep in mind some manufacturers will work directly with customers and some will have the retailer be the middle man in the process.

All Products (excluding those marked) may be returned within Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the product. All returned and/or canceled orders are subject to a twenty five percent (25%) restocking fee. No cancellations are allowed on special order or made to order items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returned merchandise must be unused and in its original packaging.

Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees incurred in the returning of merchandise. Any damage claims due to shipping must be made within 24 hours upon delivery.

ECU / TCU tunes do not qualify for returns and are considered final sales unless the product is defective. In which case, BTR needs to be contacted within 48 hours upon delivery and the product in question will be serviced by BTR.
